Welcome to Pole Creek Valley Owner’s Association (PCV OA)

Pole Creek Valley Owner’s Association (PCV OA) is a stunning mountain community located in Tabernash, Colorado, nestled in unincorporated Grand County between Winter Park and Granby. The association encompasses several charming neighborhoods, including Coyote Creek, Vistas, Lakeside at Pole Creek townhomes, and Pole Creek Valley single-family homes, collectively comprising 289 sites.

The planned PCV community consists of 104 single-family lots, 6 multi-family lots (after additional platting for Lots 16, 21, 23, 24, MF-1, and MF-2), 4 lots designated for commercial use (Lots 17, 18, 19, and 20), and 1 lot for Tourist Zone District purposes (Lot 22). At the heart of the community lies a stocked fishing pond, complemented by walking trails, a park, basketball court, and a picnic shelter, providing residents with ample opportunities for outdoor recreation. The breathtaking 360-degree mountain views make this neighborhood truly one of a kind.
